ASHLAND 22-3

Ashland rolled off a pair of straight set wins over Russell and Greenup County this week.

Miley Murphy led the Kittens with 13 kills in the win over Russell. Mena Pittman had 11. Olivia Wiley and Elise Marcum added 10.

Wiley fired down 12 kills in the win over Greenup. Pittman had eight and Murphy finished with seven.

Ashland welcomes Boyd Monday and visits Raceland Tuesday.

BOYD COUNTY 6-5

Boyd went 1-1 this week with a straight set win over Rose Hill and a 3-2 loss to Greenup.

Payton Jones led the Lions with 14 kills in the loss to Greenup. Sophia Clark had 12 kills and four blocks. Lilah Thornbury added nine.

Thornbury led the Lions with six kills in the win over Rose Hill. Clark had six aces.

Boyd visits Ashland Monday and welcomes Martin County Thursday.

FAIRVIEW 9-10

Fairview went 2-2 this week with wins over Lawrence and Rose Hill with losses to Rock Hill and Mason County.

Madison Loving had 10 kills in the win over Lawrence. Zoe Grant added seven. Bre Moore and Karly Caldwell had five aces.

Loving led the Eagles with 18 kills in the loss to Rock Hill. Grant finished with nine kills.

Loving put down 10 kills in the loss to Mason.

Fairview welcomes Rose Hill Monday and Russell Tuesday.

ROSE HILL 1-3

Rose Hill fell to West Carter, Boyd, Sugar Creek Christian, Fairview and Mason County.

Rose Hill visits Fairview Monday, West Carter Tuesday and welcomes Raceland Thursday.

GREENUP COUNTY 13-5

Greenup went 1-1 this week with a 3-2 win over Boyd and a straight set loss to Ashland.

Peyton Powell led the Musketeers with 26 kills in the win over Boyd. Hailey Dillow had 19 kills. Lucy Roy had 16 kills and eight blocks.

Powell had 11 kills in the loss to Ashland. Roy added seven.

Greenup welcomes Russell Monday, Rowan Tuesday and visits Fleming Thursday.

RACELAND 7-10

Raceland went 1-1 this week with a 3-0 win over Lewis and a 3-0 loss to Russell.

Allayson Rigsby led the Rams with 19 kills, three blocks and three assists in the win over Lewis. Camy Gillum and Abi Worthington had six kills each.

Rigsby had eight kills and five blocks in the loss to Russell. Presleigh Deweese and Worthington had six.

Raceland welcomes Ashland Tuesday, visits Rose Hill Thursday and meets Paris, Sayre and Wolfe County at Montgomery County on Saturday.

RUSSELL 14-3

Russell went 2-0 this week with wins over Raceland and Somerset.

Jaycee Hall had 17 kills in the win over Raceland. Kennedy Darnell had 13 kills and five blocks. Syndey Sizemore finished with 11 kills.

Russell visits Greenup Monday, Fairview Tuesday and Rowan Thursday.
